Description of the problem being solved:

Adds parsing for new wording on Deadeye's far shot notable. Uses existing distance numbers taken from another mod with similar wording:

"projectiles gain damage as they travel farther, dealing up to (%d+)%% increased damage with hits to targets

Marking as draft as i'm not 100% sure the distance data is accurate.
