Learn about vigilant mode.

SamRewritten now compiles on Ubuntu 18.04, but an Ubuntu18.04 AppImage is still provided if anyone wants it.

  • Implement stats
  • Implement showing protected achievements and stats
  • Implement CLI support to match the GUI
