Create table view of Data exports.

Each location exported to the federation has at least three pieces of data: the type (POSIX, S3), the local path (/foo), and the federation routing key (/bar).

@bbockelm How do I go about accessing this information/making it accessible? Does it live in xrootd?

Notes from meeting with Brian:

  • Missing an api that you can query and get a dump of the configuration
    • This currently uses Viper to export the configuration

Have a restapi that responds the entire config.
