Somewhat substantial refactor of the apps system, pulling the appmk helper functions into the main appdwarf application.

This release shouldn't majorly change user interaction, but may streamline the creation of prebuild scripts some.

Small bump release as since the prior one:

• Small help text changes were made
• Removed an accidental ncurses dependency
• Updated default arguments to use wav categorization
• Various adjustments and additions to app build scripts
• Some prebuilt apps can now be found under actions artifacts

2023.11.16

appdwarf is effectively complete, as no major changes have been made to the code in months. It is technically still maintained, I just have not found any additional changes to make to the software in a while. This release is to signify that condition, and can be safely used instead of the latest commit.
