Getting Started

The Zoosystem download contains a number of files to help the user get started with the toolbox. Users can start by viewing our Zoosystem overview video available here. Users may also wish to start by reading the powerpoint presentation and conference poster, both found under the 'Help Files' sub folder of the toolbox. Afterwards, users can explore the toolbox using the accompanying sample dataset (/sample study) and sample processing m-file (/Help Files/zoo_process_example.m'). Additional help may be obtained by contacting the main author.
