For consideration of whoever takes this: on #14030, the user requesting the integration for Onlinecheckwriter also asked for the following components:

Create Check
Send Pdf
sent eChecks
Mail Check
Create payee.

Create Mail Check throws a server error:

which might be caused due to a missconfiguration in check entity but this is just an assumption.

Also Mail PDF Document throws another server error:

so @vunguyenhung I think these errors have to do with missconfiguration with the check entity and I would appreciate if you can help me out to figure out what would be that configuration if any.
