[Intercom] conversation.rating.added trigger

Describe the event source. What app is this for, and what event does the trigger correspond to?
I need to be notified when a customer adds a rating to a conversation. That would be used to highlight that rating to the rest of the team, for improvement purposes.

Please provide a link to the relevant API docs for the specific service / operation this trigger is tied to.
