Would be good to implement $\epsilon_{eff}$ (effective ripple) to compute neoclassical collisional transport in the $\frac{1}{\nu}$ regime. Presently this has to be computed by generating a VMEC wout file, then running booz_xform, then running NEO, and optimization is limited to finite differences through these external codes. Computing it internally with AD would be much faster in the optimization loop.
