- Add a new FPlasticSwitchToPartialWorkspace operation and implement a FPlasticSwitchToPartialWorkspaceWorker with a call to "partial update" followed by a "status"
- Add an entry into the main Revision Control menu
- Ask the user before switching to Partial Workspace. Warn as it's not possible to switch back with local changes!

It's not possible to switch back with local changes, so the user will have to undo their local changes in case they want to!
