references style update

Thanks to Qingxing Dong of Northeastern University.
After replacing thubib.bst with thubib_2.bst, you can have refs with [J]
[C] etc.

+thubib_2.bst是 东北大学工商管理学院董庆兴同学，修改的参考文献格式文件(thubib.bst)。
+1)删除 thubib.bst 
+2)将 thubib_2.bst  重命名-->  thubib.bst
+其结果为：
+后面的参考文献会显示[J]，[M]等文献标识符。
