Tracking issue for automated weekly uv.lock dependency updates.
How it works
- A GitHub Actions workflow runs every Wednesday at 5 PM EST (or manually via workflow_dispatch)
- If dependencies have changed, it creates a PR referencing this issue
- PRs are reviewed and merged as needed
