Hide saves folder(s)

Description

This PR "attempts" to hides the "saves" folder by default.
It can be shown if the user really wants it, by enabling hidden files.

NOTE: Currently it does not seem to work for subfolders.

Motivation and Context

It convolutes the menu listing.
