I load the webpage in a large Firefox window. It has a scrollbar and the mouse wheel allows scrolling as expected.
I make the navigation window narrower until the navigation panel at the left disappears and a hamburger icon appears. The scrollbar is still visible and the mouse wheel still works.
I click on the hamburger and the navigation panel reappears. However the scrollbar disappears and the mousewheel stops working.
I enlarge the width of the window back to approximately its original size.
The scrollbar is still missing and the mouse wheel is still non-functioning.

The “noscroll” class is added when the drawer is opened, and so when the
view changes from mobile when the drawer is open the “noscroll" needs to
be removed to re-enable scrolling on the document.
