Human-Based and Site-Based Filtering

Along with basic classification, we now extract individual humans from images and run filtering on each human, for higher accuracy!

• Switched to OpenCV
• Used YOLOv11 for Human Detection
• Added Site to Site Settings as some sites are worse than others
• Switched to YAML-based configuration
• Added Image Size threshold to skip scanning on smaller images
• Fixed multiple bugs in both Windows and Linux Installations

I still think this project can help everyone, so I made it easier for people to use!
We now have a config.json file, so that people can adjust the thresholds for the different classifiers of sexual images, along with enable and disable CUDA, support for changing threads used, and more!

Plus we made the Windows installation easier using InnoSetup!

Finally, we designed a fancy icon
