The previous attempt to fix the test matrix showed green, but actually didn't run any of the tests, because the output module was not installed.
This fixes the matrix so all the tests run (again) on every environment, and if they fail the environment should fail.
We don't get a pretty report on GitHub for now, because the report was too large.
