Is your feature request related to a problem?

When trying to set up funnel exclusion steps, it's currently not possible to apply filters or use actions.

This is blocked behind #19638 - we have frozen all feature work on funnels until we rewrite the entire query onto the new platform.

Hello, looking for this feature. Otherwise we can't use auto-capture for building conversion funnels.

Example use case.
Step 1
User land on example.com with UTM tags

Step 2
User login to example.com instead of signup, since user already have account

Users on step 2 treated as dropped instead of excluded. And we can't exclude users who logged in until we not create proper event, since only events supported there.

We need to have actions and possibility to exclude users from funnel who did this action.
