Updating the README to add information about how to install/build/use ShellCopilot and PSCopilot. This is so we can socialize better internally for private preview.

Also, the demo GIF seems not using the latest bits. The latest changes improved the code block rendering in the streaming rendering. Please sync and try out the latest changes.

Why proper sizing of changes matters

What can I do to optimize my changes

    • Your PR could be split in smaller, self-contained PRs instead
    • Your PR only solves one particular issue. (For example, don't refactor and code new features in the same PR).

How to interpret the change counts in git diff output
