PR Summary

These changes update the reference documentation for the CLI and schemas as well as the changelog for the updates in the preview.7 release.

PR Context

Document and announce changes for the latest release.

This change updates the reference documentation for the CLI and schemas for the changes
in the `Preview.7` release of DSC.
This change adds the missing changelog entries for the `Preview.7` release
of DSC to the changelog under the unreleased section. The next commit
will update the changelog to reflect the release itself.
CHANGELOG.md Outdated
metadata property under the `Microsoft.DSC` namespace in a configuration document to specify
which security context to use:

- `Current` - Any security context.
