PR Summary

This PR adds a new WDAC (Windows Defender Application Control) Audit event used to log PowerShell restrictions that would be applied if the policy was in enforcement mode. These events are generated only when WDAC policy is in Audit mode.

Looks fine to me, but not that knowledgeable on event manifests
