Should we also update the RuntimeFrameworkVersion in PowerShell.Common.props here and in test/Test.Common.props here to 2.1.2?
And also update the SDK to 2.1.302 in global.json here?

@adityapatwardhan more than what I changed was out of date. I updated the script to read from the csproj. I verified the script to get the data.
