[v0.0.5.0] is broken if binaries are installed in "Program Files"

Recent changes in "paths" related logic caused this regression.

ssh.exe in verbose mode will fail after logging this:
ssh_exchange_identification: read: Unknown error

Work around: Install binaries at a location free of spaces
Ex. C:\OpenSSH
