ssh-agent rejects key sign requests from sshd service

**What is failing**
Register host keys with agent (see wiki). Remove/safeguard host private keys. 
Open up a remote ssh session

**Expected output**
remote ssh session gets created successfully

**Actual output**
connect aborts halfway
