This is a general outline for the PowerShell extension's User Guide, I'll be adding commits to it over the next few days to flesh it out enough to be generallly helpful. After we ship the first draft of it in the 1.1 update, we'll keep adding new information and polishing it based on feedback.
I would love to have some feedback on the structure and contents of this document as I work on it, please let me know any ideas you have on how I can make it better!
