A Performance Management System Application for tracking the performance of the company's employees using the Feedback System.

Features

• User can either create a company or join a existing one via the unique company code.
• The head/HR of the company can create and release a Feedback form for amy member of the company.
• Other members can Fill the feedback form for that member.
• If there is an active feeback for the user then they can see their Performance Graph.
