Operational hardening for profile updates, diagnostics export, and release quality controls.

Acceptance Criteria

• Profile-pack update pipeline has integrity checks and rollback.
• Support bundle export captures logs, launch context, and symbol diagnostics.
• Telemetry-lite tracks action success/failure and fallback drift signals.
• Portable release packaging validated in CI and manual smoke checks.
