* fixes typo in docs issue #4 (and related issue #5 I guess) * removed server protocol version numbers from file names * updated docs generally * added support for client connection events * added support for closing a websocket connection from external code * fixes bug in counting server subscriptions

I read a person made a pull request without response and another posted a problem without a response too. I'm thinking to use this project but I don't know if it works yet.
