Have a contextual notification when being mentioned

Know the context of the post I am notified for

Acceptance Criteria

• Add a placehold {{title}} that will be replaced with the title of the thread when the auto-tagger feature of the forum-assist is triggered

Example

• Auto tagger message is set to: "You might be interested with this job: {{title}}!" mentioning users for role @abc
• A user posted a thread on the designated forum titled "Company PPH ABC"
• The auto-tagger will then be triggered sending a message: "You might be interested with this job: Company PPH ABC". Mentioning users with the role @abc

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
It it always a hassle to check out the pings for job ads and events, because it only shows "Calling out peeps!, etc." in my notification tray, and I have to actually open discord app to know more. 

**Describe the solution you'd like**
I want it to include at least a title, or much better, a brief statement in every job hunt and event subs pings. It will lessen the hassle to actually open a discord app to know what is all about.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
For those who want to create an alert in these channels, maybe a bot can ask these users to input what to include in a ping.
