Create a post in the Job Ads forum following a strict template

Acceptance Criteria

• User must be able to trigger the functionality via buttons in a post
• When the user clicks the button, a modal will appear to show defined fields that must be filled out in order to post in Job Ads
• The bot will post the content of the filled-out form in Job Ads after successful submission
• The bot will mention a specific role (Job Hunters) when the post is successfully created*
• The bot will post mention the profile of the author of the post as the contact person for the job post
