Incremental system hardening update
- use tagMonitor.sh script for managing battery, shutdown the system using fpga, delay the ceti-tag-data-capture app at start
- create separate data partition, and remount rootfs as readonly using overlayfs
v2.1 storage fill up mitigation + battery monitoring
This release targets the V2.1 whale tag hardware, with raspberry pi 0 W as the main computer.
- ceti-tag-data-capture now has a wrap bash script that is executed by the systemd service
- Adds 30s sleep before the app starts - to allow ssh reliable connection in case the app pegs cpu 100%
- Stops the data capture app if the storage has filled up
A few bug fixes for hardware v2.1
- GPIO-based i2c for IMU to properly handle client clock stretching
- Recovery board flipped RX/TX lines
- Recovery board serial communication implemented for GPS sentences

- uninitiailized variable in the updateState() function
