Access denied download data from Minio in Argo workflows

Argo error with Access Denied when attempting to download data from Minio.

Start a new workflow using Argo task plug-in.

Expected behavior

The Argo workflow executes the entire pipeline.

Actual behavior

Argo fails to download data from Minio with an access denied error.
