Details

Scanner service module to continuously scan chain and provider function to crawl on demand
Jobs will be sent to IPFS_QUEUE to process
Some chain event filters can be set to watch any specific msa_id or schemaids or both
Cleanup not needed env variables and respective logic from old repo
