Changes the default gas price from 50 GWEI to 5 GWEI.

@DJViau when deploying contracts, i’ve found that low gwei amounts often fail - this is for minting right? shouldn’t we edit script/mint.js? or did you mean when deploying the contract? if 5 gwei worked, that sounds good. preemptively approving

@alexanderatallah I accidentally deployed the original contract at 50 gwei, which cost ~0.14 ETH. I just tested at 5 gwei twice and it worked nicely. Cost ~0.01 ETH the first time and weirdly only ~0.001 ETH the second. Took less than a minute each time. ETH Gas Station is showing a 1 gwei standard today, but I think it's safe nonetheless.

Merging, but I'll keep my ear to the ground for issues from the community.
