Release for publication.

Please note, deeplexicon.py and deeplexicon_sub.py are not yet merged. Please use deeplexicon_sub.py dmux/train for testing new features, including gpu usage.

This is to be able to reproduce the data used in the publication. There will be significant changes made in subsequent versions which improve speed and output accuracy. Please use latest version from the repo for anything other than recapitulating publication results.
