Describe the solution you'd like
Add '? Hjelp tilgjengelig' button from 'Hjelpeinnhold' to existing projects.

As of now the button '? Hjelp tilgjengelig' is only available for new projects. Add this to the UpgradeAllSitesToLatest script.
