Group and categorize Project Timeline elements

Description

Added ability to change the grouping of ProjectTimline on Project level

• Group by: Projects, Category and Type
• Groups are dynamic and represents the different categories and types found in the Timeline configration list.

When selecting a new group, the change is instant.

Additionally, filtering by category has also been introduced, this will affect all ProjectTimeline components. Category can be found in the Timeline configration list.

How to test

1. Go to a projects ProjectTimline, try changing the group
2. Try filtering by category
3. Try changing filters and groups and see that filter still persists when changing group
4. Try adding a new category to the Timeline configration list, see that this is represented in the timeline.
