pymethods: support __call__ proto #1929

For #1884

Implements #[pymethods] form fn __call__ as the preferred way to make callable objects, changing the guide and a little bit of other cleanup at the same time.

Added a second commit to add support for multiple-pymethods feature for the new protocols-in-pymethods. Hopefully this makes this feature a lot closer to being releaseable! 🤞
