Currently when the brownfield fleet is added to the network VOM (marginal cost) for renewables are taken from the technology-data. In PyPSA-Eur we do not assume any VOM for onshore wind. This results in an inconsistency, existing wind farms get VOM assigned while new ones do not have any. I would suggest to assume the same VOM as in PyPSA-Eur for the existing fleet.
