pytorch/tutorials 저장소의 기본 branch가 master에서 main으로 변경되었습니다.
이에 따라 nn_tutorial에서 참고하고 있는 데이터 링크를 수정해야 합니다.

• 기존: https://github.com/pytorch/tutorials/raw/master/_static/mnist.pkl.gz
• 변경: https://github.com/pytorch/tutorials/raw/main/_static/mnist.pkl.gz
