fec_efiles_scrape.py out of range error #4

Hi,

it seems there is a problem with one of your examples. Running out of the box gives:

raceback (most recent call last):
File "fec_efiles_scrape.py", line 127, in
version = data[0][2] # e.g., 8.0
IndexError: list index out of range
