Describe the new content you are requesting.

For data privacy, we need to provide a way for customers to delete their data. There's a button on https://quantum.ibm.com/account which allows you to "delete your account and data", but it's not documented anywhere. Also, we should describe exactly what's deleted. Maybe @francabrera or Ismael knows.

If this new content request is accepted, do you want to write the content?

I will write a draft of the proposed content
