macos-11 is no longer available

Shortly after I posted the original comment, I also discovered that macos-12 is deprecated too. If you want to continue running on Intel Mac, then macos-13 is still supported and the latest version, otherwise macos-14 is ARM Mac (macos-15 is in beta). |

Ok thanks. @mtreinish committed the CI workflow files. I don't have an opinion. I'll choose 13 for now, just to make a release with the fixes in #230 , which is a problem for Qiskit. Also, it makes more sense to put the commit in #230, and close this PR. Otherwise, this PR fails CI because it does not inlcude the fix in #230. |
