Summary
This PR is Clearly made to update a broken link in [10_qgan_option_pricing] (https://qiskit.org/documentation/tutorials/finance/10_qgan_option_pricing.html)
There was a link which is not correct that's why it was broken now I have fixed that .
I have also run this on Latest Qiskit version
