Add file type Icons

Add file type for icons using Jupyterlab ui-components.

Files:

• Should come from official source if possible
• Must not have text
• Must be SVG (if nothing can be found try a PNG to SVG vectorizer online)
• Must be legible on both light and dark theme, or have two variants
• Should have original color if possible

Files types:

• Parquet Icon
• Avro Icon
• Arrow IPC Icon
• ORC Icon (should we remove the black circle?)

This is where the icons are registered.
With this fix they will become independent from one another and can be moved to their own file.
