fix(client): Add HTTP error handling to fetch wrappers

Add response.ok checks to all fetch wrapper functions (fetchFileInfo,
fetchStats, fetchTable) to properly handle HTTP errors and provide
clear error messages when communication with the Arbalister server fails.
