Description

After selection 'Nifti' option on ceus_gui.py, for 3DCEUS, you are typically given a place for input of raw CEUS file and another for raw BMODE file; however, the current interface only displays one input for the image. I believe this is the format for 2DCEUS, but I am not entirely sure.

Environment (for bugs/installation issues)

• OS: MacOS
• Python Version: 3.11.8
• Package Version:
• Installation Method: Git clone

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Open ceus_gui.py
2. Select Nifti from dropdown
3. Now can select one* file (CEUS file) for image uploading/processing into QuantUS

Expected vs Actual Behavior (for bugs)

Expected:
From previous QuantUS repo, I would expect two separate places for user input/selection, one for the 'image' or the CEUS file and another below it for selection of Bmode image

Actual:
User is only provided with one place for user input of the CEUS file
