Agent configuration issues #13
Description
My program is configured with a SOCKS proxy socks://127.0.0.1:7897/, but the OpenAI client (used through AutoGen) does not support the SOCKS proxy protocol
ValueError: Unknown scheme for proxy URL URL('socks://127.0.0.1:7897/')
