QuantumPrayerTimes (or QuantumPT) allows you to perform Athan reminder five times a day.

QuantumPT is released in ALPHA development. Expects to find some hidden bugs and features that are not implemented. Feel free to ask for features. At the moment there is only a Windows installer.
The application has been tested on Windows 7 and Windows 10 but it is expected to work on Windows 8 and Windows 8.1.
