Since mutiboot2 can boot Xen on UEFI, use that instead of booting xen.efi directly. This gives much more flexibility. QubesOS/qubes-issues#4902
But since kernel don't needs to be copied to /boot/efi anymore, also not enlarge that partition anymore. QubesOS/qubes-issues#4902
