Selecting a monitor by name and resolution doesn't have a better UX than explicitly showing the monitor to share with a screenshot.

Reference:

The solution you'd like

Show the screenshot with Gdk to avoid using external packages.

The value to a user, and who that user might be

User can identify the monitor by looking at them instead of reading name and resolution.
