Have you tested it? Also, I'm not sure about debug options. Are they really needed?

No. Most of these are from the Kernel Self-Protection project and thus should be quite safe, though.

Also, I'm not sure about debug options. Are they really needed?

The debug options add run-time consistency checks, which make certain exploits more difficult.
